By nature, humanity is competitive. In our culture today, we seek to be first in everything; we seek to stand out and win at all costs, sometimes to the point of wanting to destroy others. When others are wining we are envious of the good that others have accomplished and sometimes seek to destroy the good of the other. Tony Forrest and Ken Steponaitis discuss how this is contrary to what it means to love and live out the will of the father. They talk about how we can carry out Jesus'
command of being last in order to be first.
